Get Fit With Yoga

To look at my friend Adam, you’d never guess he used to be a “yoga hater.”

But for years he let his flexibility and mobility suffer. He hated stretching. And he thought yoga was dumb.

What can I say? He paid the price.

He looked like he was so incredibly fit in his late 20s. But he let me in on his dirty little secret. Truth is, he felt like he was fifty!

He was always hiding aches, pains, reduced mobility and terrible energy. Luckily, his friend Kris Fondran helped him turn things around.
